Professionally speaking, Reverend Alexander has over 31 years experience in the financial services profession.

Rev. Alexander has entered into strategic relationships positioning DEMANCO Consulting Group, LLC (“DEMANCO”) to expand regionally and eventually nationally to service the financial needs of national membership organizations servicing a diversified ethnic, religious and faith-based community.

Rev. Alexander, prior to making a full-time commitment to DEMANCO, served 4 years as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Chief Compliance Officer of Robert Van Securities, Inc. ("RVS") an African-American owned securities broker-dealer, insurance and registered investment advisory firm established in 1991.  Prior to joining RVS, Rev. Alexander held financial planning related positions with financial services companies like American Express Financial Advisors, Waddell & Reed, and Primerica Financial Services; with Certified Public Accounting firms like KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP; Williams, Adley & Company, LLP; and Grant & Smith, LLP; and with the United States Treasury Department's Internal Revenue Service.

Rev. Alexander is currently enrolled in The American College's Master of Science in Financial Services ("MSFS") degree program.  He has completed the Certified Financial Planner ("CFP®") Professional Education Program with the College of Financial Planning and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University with an emphasis in Accounting, and minors in Management and African-American Studies.

Rev. Alexander was an Adjunct Faculty Member with the College for Financial Planning and was an instructor of the High School Financial Planning program for the National Endowment for Financial Education.  He is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants, the California Conference Ministerial Alliance of the AME Church, and the International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi.

Rev. Alexander is the Pastor of First AME Church ("FAME") of Richmond, California serving under the Fifth Episcopal District Leadership of The Right Reverend T. Larry Kirkland, Sr.  He has also served as Executive Assistant to Bishop Kirkland in the Ninth and Seventeenth Episcopal Districts.  Prior to being appointed to the pastoral charge of FAME of Richmond, Rev. Alexander served on the ministerial staff as the Executive Assistant to the Pastor of St. Paul AME Church in Berkeley, California under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Dr. Allen L. Williams, Sr.

Rev. Alexander is a Certified Financial Planner ("CFP"), a licensed Life and Variable Contract Agent, a Real Estate Licensee, and has passed registration examinations as a General Securities Principal and Representative and an Individual Advisory Representative.
